The Scarborough Wolverines, of the Oshawa City and District Softball Association, representing the Host team for the 2004 Junior Men's Canadians captured the Gold Medal when they beat Nova Scotia's Antigonish Central Home Improvements Warehouse Juniors 5 - 1.

Nova Scotia won the Silver Medal.

The Newfoundland CBC Junior Canadians finished with the Bronze Medal after they were nipped by Nova Scotia 1 - 0.

Congratulations to Richard Venne and Scarborough Wolverines as they are now Junior Canadian Champions.
