Oshawa City and District Fastball League (OC&DFL) Enters 81st Season |
| The Oshawa Bombers following in the footsteps of the Oshawa Rebels finished strong and entered the finals of the Jim Bradford June tournament. Riding the strong arm of Ryan Swift, the Swift led team including papa Mal defeated all comers until the final. All the stats and scores can be found on Al Doran's website. In the final the Bombers 3rd game of the Sunday found them facing the Quebec Donaconda team featuring Francis Leclair and our own Greg Garritty. Losing 3-0 was a bitter pill to swallow after the excellent play of the day. Congrats Bombers. In 2010 the Rebels were fortunate to finish in the finals as well. |
