2011 Annual General Meeting Jan 7, 2012 Oshawa
At Durham College in Oshawa the OCDFL held its AGM with all teams present with guest representatives from Zone 7 umpires and Durham Region Umpires. Officers Elected: President: Sylvia Ryan 1st Vice: Mike Skelton 2nd Vice: John Mather 3rd Vice: Todd Hamblin Secretary: James Spiers Six of seven possible teams indicated they would return, Aurora, Lake Simoce Lightning, Oshawa Ravens, Oshawa Rebels, Scarborough Athletics and the Stouffville Mennos
Several rule changes were discussed and approved as well as the appointment of long time member Keith Fleming as assistant to the President for special projects. Treasurer Jim Spiers presented financial report indicating the net balance and the application to expenses of the league affiliation fees. Next regular meeting March 3rd, 2012 A144 Durham College, all are welcome
